Location was excellent, front desk was helpful & informative, and the sushi bar was a very nice touch.

Hotel 3232 is everything you'd need when visiting New York! The location was walking distance to the best shopping, dinning, and activities you'd never want to miss out on. The concierge, David, was so friendly and accommodating to all my needs. I'll definitely be staying here on my next trip to NY!
Well, it’s a great hotel, and a great location and the value is fair. It’s not completely outrageous.
The reception desk was busy every time I called, room 804. I reported that the floor of the shower was moving / soft underfoot, room 804. It maybe rotting out. The guy on the reception didn't seem to be concerned or appreciate the information, but may have noted it down. I couldn't tell due to his lack of interest.
My friend broke his arm really bad the night before check out. They moved us to another room after check out so he could have a place to rest before he flew home. They were great to accommodate this very unique situation quickly!

The room was comfortable and clean. The air condition worked well. The bathroom was modern, well lit and had a large mirror. I liked the balcony.
